Renault reaches new standards for electrical engineering, introduces the entire updated range
Renault CEO and Chairman of the Board Carlos Ghosn announced today that the Renault ZOE can be bought immediately with the new zero emission ZE 40 battery that allows 400 km of NEDC driving (300 km actual mileage in urban or suburban areas) with a single charge. The Zoe is already the best-selling electric car in Europe. There is currently no other high-mileage mass-produced electric car in Europe than the Zoe.
“Renault has sold more than 100,000 electric vehicles this month. Renault Zoe can now travel up to 400 km without recharging. We continue to focus our efforts on areas where innovation matters most to Renault customers. For us and for Zoe users, the most important thing is to make the choice of an electric car even easier, to have new connectivity options that will make driving even better,” said Renault Group CEO and President Mr. Carlos Ghosn.
Mr. Ghosn presented a completely renewed range of Renault cars (www.renaultbook.ru/en), which were shown together for the first time at the Paris Motor Show. The new KOLEOS INITIALE PARIS, Renault's luxury SUV, was unveiled today in Europe for the first time, which is a fitting end to the Renault Group's product offensive: in the last 4 years alone, Renault has launched 4 electric vehicles, 15 updated models and 11 brand new models. The company achieved record financial results over the past 18 months, thanks in part to a large number of new products, investments in production, a successful collaboration between Renault and Nissan (www.nissanbook.ru/en) and the growth of the company's business worldwide.
Lawrence van den Acker, Senior Vice President Corporate Design, also unveiled the new TREZOR concept vehicle, which demonstrates the company's vision for the design of Renault's next generation of models.

Equipped with the new battery, the Renault Zoe now delivers a record 400 km NEDC mileage, twice that of the first EV on the market, and the longest mileage of any conventional EV currently available.
It's not just the increased mileage that's new, Zoe owners can take advantage of a host of new communications services.
New connectivity options
- ZE Trip: This solution helps the driver find all public charging stations in the R-LINK navigation system (in Europe).
- ZE Pass: allows you to use most charging stations, regardless of their operator. This solution also provides an easier way to pay with your smartphone.
- ZE smartphone app: door-to-door navigation, to be launched in early 2017.

Renault has released a new version of the ZOE aimed at customers who want exclusive features.
It stands out mainly for its premium leather interior, heated front seats and BOSE® audio system. The new version was released as a limited Edition One in France, while it is classified as a Bose trim level in other European markets.

Renault's all-electric TREZOR concept model uses what Renault has learned from e.dams practice to focus on the model's achievements, namely its ability to sprint to 100 km/h in less than 4 seconds.
